Led by Tim Grover, Excellence Academy delivers over 300 hours of structured training, hands-on strategy, and ongoing mentorship from brokerage leadership and top producing agents. Since launching in 2021, more than 100 agents have completed the program, with over 90% continuing to build active real estate careers.
