Alex is a highly respected leader in the commercial real estate industry. Alex brings over 20 years of experience spanning acquisitions, entitlements, development, financing, and dispositions. Among his senior leadership roles, Alex served as the first Canadian Chair of NAIOP, representing more than 22,000 members across 55 chapters, and has been involved in over $2 billion in transformative commercial real estate projects.

As the Commercial Director, Alex will provide strategic guidance on deal-specific opportunities, support transaction structuring and execution, and help strengthen key industry relationships. He is a valuable addition to the Commercial Team, contributing through mentorship, programming, and industry insight.
