Dwayne Groome began his commercial real estate career in 1998, building extensive experience in the sale and acquisition of multifamily properties, apartment buildings, commercial and retail properties, and industrial warehouses.

His real estate expertise is complemented by more than 20 years of experience as a Success Advisor, business consultant, trainer, and coach, helping professionals and business owners improve performance, productivity, and results. Prior to entering real estate, Dwayne worked as a mechanical contractor in commercial buildings, giving him valuable hands-on knowledge of building systems, construction, and the practical side of commercial property.

Beyond business, Dwayne is a proud father, grandfather, and husband to his wife, Audrey, with whom he has shared more than 30 years of marriage. At the center of his life, business, and relationships is his Christian faith, which guides his commitment to integrity, service, and treating people with respect.
